Budget & Finance

The total budget for the film is $1.2 Million.

To date we have rasied $620,000, through ivestments and tax detuctible donations.

$250K investment or donation, or higher, recieves an Executive Producer credit in the front credits.

Investor’s equity investment will be recouped
on a pro rata, pari passu basis pursuant to customary terms which include the following:

1. Investment is recouped with a 15% premium.

2. After all equity investment has been recouped
with the premium, additional revenues are split (50-50) The other 50% is split between filmmakers and producers.

A potential timeline for any profit realization from original investment is 12 to 18 months after completion of
the film.
